As one of the co-founders and CIO of ProSolveIT Ltd I spend most of my time working within Enterprise Architecture teams or working with the CxO to implement IT Strategies.

I want to see the An Agile IT wiki do what the title says in helping IT organisations create an agile Enterprise Architecture that lets them adapt to a changing business. IT strategies too often just become a poster on the wall by the coffee machine and what I want to see is a resource that helps organisations develop and adapt an Enterprise Architecture in a phased approach.

This site lists common issues seen at organisations, template documents and points at useful resources around the www that can assist. Remember that most problems are not unique to a single organisation and the key is to try and identify problems before they stop the show.
